How pay works
Commission-based, no salary
You're an independent agent. You earn commission on the business you write.
Your split depends on where the client came from
Agency-provided leads and clients you bring yourself pay different splits, so you're rewarded for building your own book too.
Everything in writing first
Splits, renewals and terms are in a written agreement you review before you sign anything. No surprises.
Who we're looking for
- A California license with Accident & Health (or you're finishing it now)
- AHIP certified for the current year, or willing to get certified
- You put the client's situation ahead of the sale
- You're comfortable using technology and learning new tools
- You want to build something for the long term
