• Timing details: birth month and year, if you sign up for Turning 65 reminders, so we can send them at the right time.
• Your messages: what you write in our forms, emails, text messages, or to our automated Medicare assistant.
• Consent records: whether you agreed to be contacted by email, phone or text, when you agreed, and the wording you were shown.
• Agent applicants: licensing status, experience and AHIP certification, if you use our careers form.
• Technical data: standard information your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. We do not use advertising cookies or sell tracking data.

If you become a client, we may collect additional information needed to help you apply for coverage, such as your Medicare number, date of birth, doctors and prescriptions. We collect this only with your permission and only for that purpose.

• To schedule, confirm and remind you about appointments.
• To send the reminders and updates you signed up for.
• To help you compare, apply for and service insurance coverage, if you choose to work with us.

• Insurance companies, only when you ask us to help you apply for or service a specific plan.
• When required by law, such as to respond to a subpoena or a request from a regulator like the California Department of Insurance.

If you give us your phone number and check the box agreeing to be contacted, we may send you text messages about your questions, appointments, applications and policies. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. We will not share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in data with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes.
