Who We Help

Six situations, one honest answer each

We work with Californians at every stage of the Medicare timeline — including the ones nobody else bothers with, because there's nothing to sell them yet.

Turning 65

You're approaching 65 and the mail has started

You didn't ask for any of it, and every envelope claims to be urgent. What you actually need is the order of operations: what to decide first, what can wait, and which deadlines carry a permanent price tag.

"Where do I even start?"

Still working

You're 65+ and still on employer coverage

Whether you can safely delay Part B depends on details most people never get told — including how many employees your company has. Getting this wrong is one of the few Medicare mistakes that follows you for life.

"Do I have to sign up if I already have insurance?"

Already enrolled

You're on Medicare and something changed

Your plan changed its network, your prescriptions changed, your doctor left, or your premium jumped. Now you want to know whether you're allowed to change anything — and when.

"Am I stuck with this until next year?"

Under 65

You're years away, and you'd rather not be surprised

Almost nobody serves this group, because there's nothing to sell you yet. But this is the best time to learn how the system works and to think about dental, vision, hearing and life coverage on your own timeline.

"What should I know before I'm forced to care?"

Helping a parent

You're the adult child doing the research

You're trying to make a good decision for someone you love, often long-distance, often with incomplete information. You need the concepts fast so you can ask the right questions.

"How do I help my mom without guessing?"

Coverage gaps

You want the things Medicare doesn't cover

Routine dental, vision and hearing generally aren't covered by Original Medicare. Neither is long-term custody care. Knowing where the gaps are is what lets you plan instead of react.

"What isn't covered — and what do people do about it?"

What we don't do

  • We don't cold-call. If we haven't heard from you, you won't hear from us.
  • We don't sell or share your information with lead buyers. Ever.
  • We don't ask about your health conditions to answer a general question.
  • We don't pretend there's one best plan. Anyone who says that is selling.
